The diagnosis resulted in major surgery. The book traces the four months from diagnosis to operating theatre. Down what the author calls ’THE PROSTATE PATH’. It deals with the fears the hopes - the Tigers that visit him in the pre-dawn. It faces each stage with humour and fun, dealing light-heartedly, not only pre-op, but the aftermath and the resulting problems as well. No-one who reads it can fail to be amused, and in so being comforted in their own distress. It is a must-read for anyone facing that heart-stopping diagnosis.
