Cette étude examine comment différentes couleurs de lumière influencent l’histomorphologie et l’ultrastructure de la glande de Harder dans les embryons de Leghorn blanc avant l’éclosion, fournissant des informations détaillées sur l’organisation des tissus, la différenciation cellulaire et la photomodulation au cours de l’embryogenèse. En analysant les changements structurels sous différents spectres de lumière, le travail met en évidence la sensibilité de la glande à l’illumination environnementale et son rôle dans le développement physiologique aviaire. Les résultats contribuent à une meilleure compréhension de la photobiologie aviaire, de l’adaptation embryonnaire et des applications potentielles des environnements lumineux contrôlés dans la science de la volaille.
