Inhaltsangabe:Gang der Untersuchung: Ausgangspunkt dieser Arbeit bilden grundlegende Definitionen aus dem Geschäftsprozessumfeld. Darauf aufbauend erfolgt eine Betrachtung von Unternehmen genannter strategischer Ziele bei der Geschäftsprozessoptimierung. Daraus hervorgehende Optimierungsansätze und Zielaspekte werden in der anschließenden Analyse der Ansätze zur Geschäftsprozessoptimierung in den Hauptgruppen (Re-) Organisationskonzepte sowie systematische Geschäftsprozessoptimierung aufgegriffen und ergänzt. Eine wesentliche Rolle bei der Geschäftsprozessoptimierung spielt auch die Kreativität der Beteiligten und Techniken, die diese unterstützen. Diesem Thema ist ein eigenes Kapitel gewidmet, bevor die Zusammenführung der untersuchten Ansätze zur Geschäftsprozessoptimierung mittels eines neu entwickelten dynamisch kreativen Auswahlverfahrens erfolgt. Abstract: Starting point of this paper are basic definitions from the business process environment. An examination of strategic objectives of business process optimization which are named by companies follows. Optimization approaches and aspects of objectives which emerge from this examination are picked up and complemented in the main groups (re-)organization concepts and systematic business process optimization in the subsequent analysis of approaches for business process optimization. During business process optimization the creativity of the persons involved and techniques for supporting creativity play a fundamental role. An own chapter is dedicated to this topic, before the examined approaches for business process optimization are merged by means of a newly developed dynamic creative selection process.
