Ziel dieser Studie war es, das Dokument aus dem technischen Bericht der derzeitigen Leitung des Krankenhauses Cassiano Campolina zu analysieren, um die grundlegenden Schritte zur Einführung eines dynamischeren Personalmanagementsystems aufzuzeigen, das in der Lage ist, die Nachhaltigkeit der Organisation und die Anerkennung der Bevölkerung in der Benutzerbetreuung zu gewährleisten. Zu diesem Zweck wurde eine qualitative, beschreibende und analytische Studie durchgeführt. Die Analyse des technischen Berichts, der zusammen mit den Mitarbeitern des Cassiano Campolina Krankenhauses erstellt wurde, zeigte, dass es möglich ist, ein effizientes Managementsystem zu implementieren, unabhängig von der Art der Organisationskultur, solange das Personalmanagement als Strategie eingesetzt wird und auf dem unternehmerischen Profil des Managements/der Führung basiert.
