Niniejsza praca dotyczy prawa i praktyki ratyfikacji traktatów w Ugandzie. Ogólnym celem badania była krytyczna analiza prawa i praktyki ratyfikacji traktatów w Ugandzie, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem zgodności Ugandy z prawem ratyfikacji traktatów. Badanie zostało zainicjowane z powodu braku zgodności z procesem ratyfikacji traktatów w Ugandzie, co uznano za zagrożenie dla legitymizacji i trwałości traktatów, a kwestia ta nie została dotychczas zbadana. Problem ten stanowi zagrożenie nie tylko dla pokoju, ale także dla stabilności gospodarczej Ugandy. Aby sformułować wnioski, w badaniach zastosowano metodologię opisową, analityczną i jakościową opartą na materiałach źródłowych.
