Para analisar a estrutura de capital foram utilizadas três variáveis: rácio dívida/capitais próprios, rácio dívida/ativo e rácio de adequação dos fundos próprios e quatro variáveis de rendibilidade: rendibilidade do ativo, rendibilidade dos capitais próprios, custo dos fundos e margem financeira líquida. As variáveis de estrutura de capital e de rendibilidade foram analisadas individualmente e a relação entre as variáveis de rendibilidade e de estrutura de capital foi testada por correlação, análise de regressão simples e teste de hipóteses. Este estudo, intitulado 'Análise da relação entre a estrutura de capital e a rendibilidade dos bancos comerciais nepaleses', foi elaborado para cumprir os requisitos do Mestrado em Gestão de Empresas da Universidade de Pokhara.
