An Introduction to Yoga, by Annie Besant is a set of lectures on the topic of Yoga given at the 32nd Anniversary of the Theosophical Society, which was held at Benares in 1907. The lectures are intended to give a solid outline of Yoga, in order to prepare the student to take up, for practical purposes, the Yoga sutras of Patanjali, the chief treatise on Yoga.
