This book grew from notes, written far apart in time, and destined for seminars given to students in psychology in the literature faculty in the University of Casablanca.When preparing the manuscript, it sealed natural to include both more details and more advanced subjects than could be given in such seminars. By doing this I think and hope that the book can serve several audiences students advanced as debuting in psychology courses, lecturers wishing to interlard their speeches with more specific citations elaborately prepared.Since man’s faculty of thought has sufficiently developed and man has become self-aware, he has continued to ask questions concerning the circumstances of life and the way in which he leads his existence.Obviously, thinkers and philosophers have found this subject of meditation very fertile. From there, they formed the contradictory ideas about human behavior in different areas.
