He also said, 'Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.' (John 15:13). Ambushed is written with the hope of changing the course of 'shifting saints' from a desperate search for the right church to the passionate pursuit of making disciples. It's also written to help Christians understand important truths about living and leading in Christ's likeness and avoiding the enemy's snares - to escape the ambush and entrapment caused by the unseen powers of darkness. Our Lord never intended that His Church helplessly stand idle while Christians are needlessly persecuted from within.
