There is -1- play and -2- stories that make the book ’Allegories.’The first book is a play based in modern day American society, where high school students are competing in an athletic tournament. Two of the main characters come from very different backgrounds, so are taught to prioritize things differently, thus the play is about the conflicts that, that causes- The first story, (the second part of Allegories), is from a totally different time and place, stretching back to 18th century, Tzarist Russia. When a crisis comes due to snow, not only do they have to over-come that hardship, but the hardships that happened previously in their lives, which are now manifesting themselves. The second story and final part of the book is about a group of people who get caught in a storm while on a boat, and that event reinforces in one of the characters, something that was explained to him before the storm appeared. There are several ways that one can learn about life. Books, certainly, are one of them, and I believe that some of the most powerful lessons that they give are through themes. During the time as a writer, my desire has been to show themes through writing. When I write a story to illustrate a theme, it’s only one person’s, (my), interpretation, and it’s not more important or valid than what someone else may say about the themes that are in the stories, about which I write.Due to the reasons listed, I wrote this particular book ’Allegories,’ a book which has a theme to each part of it.God created the process of how themes minister to the human heart. Needles to say He is the ’Creator’ who designed everything. Prayers and BlessingsFelix Dinsell
