The author learned his initial business acumen from P&G, considered one of the best in business coaching and practices. This educational attainment helped him reach the top of the pyramid of management during his professional journey which spread over 40 years. During this journey, he experienced business management practices and processes with values that he has shared here.During this journey, he had the opportunity to undergo 'Train the trainer' programs by experts in the field. This led to 35 + years of experience in planning, formulating, and conducting training workshops and seminars in the corporate world and academic institutions. During the professional journey of 40 years with three multinational companies, conducted 200 + programs and influenced 3000 + Professionals and Employees’ lives. Currently conducts seminars and workshops in the field of life coaching. The main topics he pursues are ’Entrepreneur mindset’, ’Taking ownership of your life, and 'MBA in 18 hours’ programs in corporate and academic institutions.
