Introdução: Esta tese apresenta um relato de caso de reabilitação implanto-suportada num paciente de 55 anos de idade com uma hemi maxila atrofiada, enfatizando a colaboração interdisciplinar e estratégias de tratamento personalizadas.Observação: O relatório do caso documenta a história de saúde oral do paciente, as avaliações radiográficas e os resultados do exame clínico. Observam-se deficiências na largura e altura do rebordo, sendo necessária a utilização da técnica do bloco ósseo e a elevação do pavimento do seio lateral. A técnica de retalho de rolo modificada é aplicada com sucesso para aumentar a gengiva queratinizada.Discussão: Os resultados do relato de caso são analisados em relação à literatura existente e às directrizes clínicas. É discutida a importância da colaboração interdisciplinar e a lógica subjacente às modalidades de tratamento seleccionadas, realçando os resultados estéticos e funcionais.Conclusão: esta tese mostra a implementação bem sucedida de técnicas de gestão de tecidos duros e moles para a reabilitação suportada por implantes de um hemi maxilar atrofiado.
