Depuis de nombreuses années, le sans-abrisme est un problème socio-politique majeur à Dublin. Les structures qui s’occupent de cette population sont saturées, la ville héberge déjà plus d’un millier de familles dans des hôtels et des chambres d’hôtes, et pourtant, rien que dans la capitale de l’île verte, plus d’une centaine de personnes vivent encore jour après jour dans le froid de la rue. DEPAUL est l’une de ces organisations qui travaillent dans le monde entier avec des hommes, des femmes et des enfants marginalisés et sans domicile fixe. En tant que stagiaire, j’ai pu découvrir le monde fascinant d’hommes et de femmes qui ont tout perdu à la suite de coups du sort et qui ont désormais trouvé un nouveau foyer à la Sundial House de DEPAUL.
