Diese Tätigkeiten sind für die Ernährungssicherheit und die Schaffung von Arbeitsplätzen von grundlegender Bedeutung, stehen aber auch vor großen Herausforderungen wie mangelnder Infrastruktur, schlechter Ausbildung und komplexen Steuerpflichten. Die Landbevölkerung in diesen Gemeinden besteht hauptsächlich aus Menschen über 50 Jahren, die tief in ihrem Land und ihren Bräuchen verwurzelt sind.
