Some people just know how to live. Except Dr. Blackjack. He never even tried. It is July of 1992. Blackjack blesses Braxton with powers beyond their control. Aided by blind cyborg Felon Keller and evil meteorologist Leslie Weathermen, the team produces a violent and unorthodox political campaign to gain control of Student Government, while brutally slaughtering all opposition. Only the most irresponsible people in the world can stop them.
