When Noah Sullivan wakes up in a hospital bed, he has no idea of who he is or how he got there. It seems he has retrograde amnesia, having been found near a large group of craters after what appeared to be a natural phenomenon had taken place where a meteor struck the earth—and he wasn’t found alone but with a woman named Ariel who also has amnesia. In the meantime, he begins to consider what kind of person he was prior to the accident, while Ariel attempts to build a new life for herself in a hostile world.
