Right from the inception Africa as a continent has been known to be facing with different preventable problems cause naturally by Africans which has been causing a lot of retrogression into African economic resources and human development. Despite the supernatural blessings that God blessed Africa with, one begins to wonder why Africa as a continent does not live and perform to expectation? Why are African citizens suffering despite our endowed natural resources? How come that an average Africans does not trust one another? Why is it that the brotherly love is not in calendar or dictionary of Africans? Why the sentimental and self-centeredness among the citizenries?   What prompt some set of few Africans to sit on commonwealths that belong to millions of people and saving wealth for their own generation yet unborn without taking cognizance of other populations? The author with dual citizenship having born and raised in Nigeria but later lives in United State of America and believe in his own opinion that the issue affecting Africa as continent is one size fit all. Therefore, he presumed that the traditions in one African country is peculiar to other countries in Africa. The author would like to seek the reader’s permission to use Nigeria as a case study in making his case on how we Africans are the root causes of the problems facing Africa as continent.  Mistakes that early African leaders and politicians made right from inception that brought Africa backward that the current ones are still making and the possible ways forward in the right direction will be touched in this book. Lack of trust and confidence in the African professionals in all areas of life by the politicians and people in power that makes them contract most of African contracts to foreign professionals and contractors which led to mass exodus of many African professionals in all fields to western and developed nations and eventually caused brain drain in Africa will be touched.   We should read on as the author of this book tends to shed light on ways and attitude of African in causing Africa problems. Advise and suggestions for the African youths on what they can possibly do to bail themselves out from the shackles of the African Leaders and politicians who doesn’t believe in the African youths and see nothing good about the African youths thereby makes them not want to commit the affairs of Africa into the youths hands. All these and many more questions will be answer by this book. Candid advise for the African leaders most especially the politicians are included in this book.     Hopefully, this book will open the eyes of understanding of the readers to how Africans naturally caused and orchestrated the problems facing Africa and possible suggested solutions on how African problems can be brought to minimal if not solve completely in order to move our great continent of Africa forward. May God bless Africa. Africa will be great again.
