The text emphasizes virtue cultivation, ethical self-discipline, and proactive life improvement through practical wisdom on moral conduct and social responsibility. 堪为一部历久弥新的生活方式手册。Serving as a timeless guide to intentional living, it offers enduring insights on personal development and harmonious existence.作者简介Author Introduction袁黄(1533年12月26日-1606年),初名表,后改名黄,字庆远,又字坤仪、仪甫,初号学海,后改了凡,世称'了凡先生'。浙江嘉兴府嘉善县魏塘镇人,明代思想家。Yuan Huang (December 26, 1533-1606), originally named Biao, later renamed Huang, was a Ming Dynasty philosopher from Weitang Town, Jiashan County, Zhejiang. Known by courtesy names Qingyuan, Kunyi, and Yifu, he initially adopted the literary name Xuehai before changing it to Liaofan. Revered as Master Liaofan, he became celebrated for his ethical writings and intellectual legacy.'
