In diesem Beitrag wird der Prozess der Ideenfindung und des Prototypings einer Anwendung vorgestellt, die Patienten mit ADHS beim Selbstmanagement der täglichen Gewohnheiten helfen soll, um eine bessere Therapietreue und ein besseres Zeitmanagement zu erreichen und damit einen großen Mehrwert für die Gesellschaft zu schaffen. Dieser Prozess wurde in der ersten Ausgabe der Veranstaltung HCPA Experience - ADHD Hackathon vorgeschlagen. Die angewandte Methode war eine Feldforschung bei ADHS-Patienten und eine Hypothesenvalidierung. Der Bedarf an einem zuverlässigen Tool, mit dem ADHS-Patienten ihre Termine, Medikamentenerinnerungen, ihr Zeitmanagement und andere Funktionen in einer einzigen mobilen Anwendung zusammenfassen können, ist gerechtfertigt, da es das praktikabelste und effektivste Mittel zur Einhaltung der Behandlung ist.
