Décrire les actions collectives menées dans le 10e arrondissement de Zapopan par une minorité active qui, grâce à un processus d’influence sociale, a concrétisé un projet politique horizontal en soutenant une candidature indépendante lors des élections locales de 2015, dans le but de changer la représentation au niveau de l’arrondissement.Lorsque l’on parle d’action sociale, on associe immédiatement l’objet d’étude aux mouvements sociaux ; dans ce projet de recherche, nous nous intéresserons à une minorité active qui influence un groupe social, cherchant à innover dans le domaine de la représentation de district, car la forme traditionnelle de participation n’est plus attrayante.La société de Jalisco connaît la commune de Zapopan, mais peu savent à quel point celle-ci est représentative au niveau national, en raison de ses conditions économiques, éducatives et de développement ; ce projet vise à déterminer comment l’indice de marginalisation influence la tendance de vote et les modes de participation politique, en utilisant cet indice, ses dimensions et ses indicateurs pour en comprendre les implications. L’ensemble des actions menées par les citoyens va de la protestation à la manifestation, en passant par la reconquête de l’espace public.
