作为“谱看世界”丛书的第一卷，本卷的任务是：较为全面地剖析承认绝对真理世界观各个主要理论分支存在的重大理论问题，同时介绍不承认绝对真理世界观自己的相应解决方案，为其后各卷构建不承认绝对真理世界观的全新理论体系奠定基础。      作者认为，作为对组成世界的最基本要素的理解，元数学或元物理意义上的“点”是包括唯心主义和唯物主义在内的各种哲学思想的出发点，对“点”的确定性认识决定了它们的共同特性：相信绝对真理的存在，并且力图追求绝对真理。对于这种世界观而言，世界万物都直接起源于这个真理，或可以被这个真理完整地加以解释。而作者试图建立一种不承认绝对真理世界观，在这种世界观之下，我们的世界是一个无始无终的世界，世界万物始终都在变化之中，没有绝对的永恒，其并不追求所谓的绝对一致和观点的完美，而是对事物表达的包容性。而不承认完美，其实包容了更多的美，让美永远都可以去追求、可以创造、可以改进，从而使未来永远都有更美的希望。
