Drew wakes up one morning to find he is on a deserted tropical island. He has just retired and begins to realize his whole world is gone and he must adjust to a tropical environment he has been 'planted' in. As he navigates this new environment, he finds he is not alone. There are 100 'Above Average' individuals from every walk of life and background. These individuals must deal with a variety of challenges and develop a community that is prepared to handle everything that is being thrown at them without knowing who or what is responsible for 'planting' them here. Resiliency, problem solving, effective communication and building relationships all play a role in helping this above average group of people figure out how to succeed in a foreign environment and all the challenges it presents. Everything the inhabitants are going through seems like they are being tested, but by who and why?
