Yeh mahaz shabdon ka sangrah nahi, balki anyay aur ratiyon ke khilaaf ek garjana hai.'Yeh kavya sangrah un soyi hui chetnayein aur shant dilon ke liye ek shankhnaad hai, jo badlav ki raah dekh rahe hain. Lekhak ne apni kalam ko saahas, swabhiman aur kranti ke angaron mein dubokar in kavitaon ko janm diya hai. Yeh kitab un logon ke jazbaaton ka jeevant dastawez hai, jo na toh jhukna jaante hain aur na hi rukna. Is sangrah ka mukhya aadhar iska ojaswi roop aur teekha Raudra Ras hai. Ismein samaj mein vyapt kuritiyon, anyay aur khokhli vyavastha ke khilaaf ek teekha aakrosh hai. Har ek kavita paathak ki ragon mein daudte khoon ki raftar ko badha dene ka maada rakhti hai. Jahan ek taraf ismein itihaas ke nayakon ka shaurya aur parakram hai, wahin doosri taraf aam insan ke bheetar chhipe us aatmasamman ko jagane ki purzor koshish hai, jo waqt ki dhool ke neeche kahin dab gaya tha.Lekhak ki bhasha behad dhaardar, ophanti aur prabhavshali hai. Yeh sangrah sirf manoranjan ke liye nahi likha gaya hai, balki yeh aapke bheetar ek naya hausla, ek naya josh aur kuch kar guzarne ki tadap paida karne ke liye hai.Yadi aap krantikari vicharon se lagaav rakhte hain; yadi aapko aisi shayari aur kavitaein pasand hain jo aapke swabhiman ko jaga dein, toh yeh kavya sangrah sirf aapke liye hai.Apne bheetar ki soyi hui oorja aur shaurya ko jagane ke liye aaj hi apni prati order karein aur is vaicharik kranti ka hissa banein!

    Jennifer Chrystie
‘There’s a touch of both Dickinson and Larkin in Jennifer Chrystie’s mature exhumation of the tales and tropes of family. Figures who could so easily flit like phantoms in her well honed poetry are palpably enjoying an after-life in the poet’s ability to redeem through deep understanding. The collection arcs from, at one extreme, the parsimonies of the household, to the transce...

  • One Kiss
    Edward V Bonner
The very title of Edward V. Bonner's first volume of poetry, One Kiss (Ingram, 2015), suggests some ways in which the poems inside balance the universal with the particular. Most of the poems examine the themes of beauty and risk, pleasure and danger, in the context of one of three kinds of relationships: to romantic partners, to the spiritual world, and to the world of nature....
