Milky Harris was born on March 31, 1956, in Rochford, Essex. He attended Long Road Junior School and Furtherwick Park Senior School, leaving at the age of 16. Though he had no formal higher education, he excelled in the arts and sports, particularly rugby, football, and long-distance running. After school, Milky held various jobs, including working in a builder’s yard, installing suspended ceilings, and a position at the Ford Motor Company-until a back injury in 1983 led to early retirement. Despite facing personal and health challenges in the years that followed, he found occasional work in air-conditioning and landscaping.A lifelong lover of art, music, and film, Milky continues to pursue his passions in retirement. He enjoys painting, traveling, dancing to Motown and soul music, and watching classic cinema. Active and social, he spends his time walking, jogging, playing snooker, indoor bowls, chess, and golf. He now resides in a uniquely styled log-cabin cottage that reflects his creative spirit and individuality. These days, Milky also gives inspirational speeches to people in need, spreading hope and love, and encouraging others to grow into the best versions of themselves.
