Originally published in 1907, this is a fantastic illustrated work on the history of the Minories in London. The following passage is part of the author’s preface:’The materials, upon which the following pages are founded, were collected some twenty to twenty-five years ago, during part of the time that I held the incumbency of Holy Trinity Minories. It is only in the last few years, however, that I have had leisure to arrange them in the form in which they are now presented, and which I have ventured to call ’A History of the Minories'
