Milly Hope was born in the village of Whimbury to be the Crossover Child of Fae legend. Her destiny is to be able to cross over from human to fae and back again whenever she chooses. They include the Fae Creation legend and popular songs and poems of the fae community, including extracts from the epic prose poem ’Paradise Mislaid’. Many of these have been subsequently adapted and adopted by humans, though very few realise it.Also included here is the story of Milly’s first Christmas - her first staging post on the journey to become the Crossover Child.
