Not a biography and not told in chronological order, author Stanley Howard Mazin takes you on a journey of the reminisces of his life. Not a show business missive per-say, this is the story of a man of extraordinary positive energy lucky enough to make a living doing what he loves in the theatrical field. In the book, Stan earnestly shares, through thoughts and personal antidotes philosophy and life lessons learned from each encounter he experiences. Reflecting on family, friends, travel and so much more, including stories from some of his show business friends and contacts along the way, Stan reveals himself as the dedicated, hardworking, loving, loyal, talented and creative man he has always been. I might dare suggest the term ’mensch’ suits the author to a tee, as readers may experience for themselves in this most sincere, heartfelt book.

Stuart Evans’s first novel is a comedy-of-ill-manners set in a nouveau riche milieu: a fantastic satirical performance and hyper-referential homage to masters past and present. Paul Keller is the Stephen Dedalus of the piece, the son of Robert and Sylvie, whose internal monologue is spliced into the action, and whose incestuous feelings for his sister lead to an increase in his...
