Este livro é fruto da minha tese de doutorado, desenvolvida de 2015 a 2020 pelo programa de Pós-Graduação Stricto Sensu em Psicologia da Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás, e apresenta o Pensamento Sistêmico Novoparadigmático como abordagem possível e necessária aos atendimentos do psicólogo enquanto perito, assistente técnico, mediador e terapeuta junto às Varas de Famílias, uma vez que propicia uma leitura ampla, não dicotomizada, das relações que se encontram em litígio, bem como oferece uma construção conjunta e transformadora dos conflitos, permitindo um diálogo inter e transdisciplinar entre psicologia e justiça.
