A educação terapêutica dos doentes tratados com AVK permitiu melhorar a segurança e a eficácia deste tratamento, estabelecendo uma nova relação médico-doente. O objetivo do nosso estudo foi avaliar o impacto de um programa de ETP na gestão de doentes tratados com AVK.Realizámos um estudo prospetivo comparativo de intervenção entre janeiro e setembro de 2020, incluindo 60 doentes.
