This sequel to 7 Steps to Global Economic and Spiritual Transformation, Volume I, Access to Tools, illustrates how to apply the tools introduced in that initial work to analyze the global power structure and key hot spots where the Anglo-Euro-American banking cartel and the Sino-Russian coalition are vying for influence.Much of the text in this volume was originally published online (August 10-December 9, 2019). We have updated the information where necessary prior to the publication of this work. As we noted in the original online version, the accuracy of the content and analysis is verified by the limited adjustments needed to update the economic and military status of the US, Russia, and China as well as the conditions on the ground in Syria, Iran, and Venezuela. Finally, in Section IV, we offer our prescription to end these global conflicts based on the tools and analysis we present in both volumes, culminating in five fundamental principles of the treaty to end World War III, which began before WWII ended. As we note in that section, in the past such a vision of a world based on the evolution of human behavior and morals was considered by some to be utopian. However, at this time in history, we have the technological and informational means to achieve this, given a concerted effort leveraging a variety of historical and contemporary practices to transform our economic and spiritual condition.

    Lincoln Steffens
The 'muckraker' Lincoln Steffens dug deep into business criminality and political corruption in a powerful series of articles written for McClure's magazine. But Steffens' dogged quest for truth and justice set...

In co-shaping these changes, what the digit...
