Les étudiants en soins infirmiers sont exposés à différents facteurs de stress dans leur quotidien académique ainsi que dans leurs stages. Les exigences académiques mettent de nombreux étudiants sous pression. Il est important de familiariser les étudiants avec les possibilités de gestion du stress. Pour répondre à la question de recherche, une recherche bibliographique structurée dans les bases de données PubMed, CINAHL et PubPsych ainsi qu’une recherche manuelle sur Google Scholar ont été effectuées entre octobre 2024 et mars 2025. Les six études identifiées ont été examinées et évaluées en termes de qualité. Les études portaient sur l’impact de la méditation de pleine conscience sur les étudiants en soins infirmiers. Toutes les études ont comparé le groupe d’intervention avec le groupe de contrôle. Certaines études ont utilisé des pré-tests et des post-tests. Les interventions basées sur la pleine conscience, telles que la méditation de pleine conscience, réduisent le stress et certaines autres émotions chez les étudiants en soins infirmiers, mais des recherches sont encore nécessaires sur la durée et la fréquence des interventions.
