Непереносимость дибазовых белков - редкое наследственное заболевание, вызванное дефектом мембранного транспорта дибазовых аминокислот. Оно вызывается мутацией в гене SLC7A7. Это мультисистемное метаболическое заболевание. Сложность его патофизиологии делает его трудноизлечимым. Средний возраст начала заболевания - 9 месяцев. Средний возраст постановки диагноза - 21 месяц. Задержка роста (n=7) и гепатоспленомегалия (n=6) были почти постоянными признаками заболевания, за ними следовали отвращение к белку (n=5), бледность (n=5) и неврологические признаки (n=4). Аммиак был повышен у 6 пациентов. Хроматография аминокислот подтвердила диагноз у двух пациентов. Молекулярная биология выявила мутацию del TTCT 1471 у 5 пациентов. Всем пациентам была назначена низкобелковая диета и прием цитруллина. Осложнения заболевания были частыми: задержка роста отмечалась у всех пациентов.
