L’hypertension artérielle (HTA) est un facteur majeur de risque cardiovasculaire, avec une prévalence élevée en Tunisie mais un faible taux de contrôle. Cette étude prospective randomisée, menée à Sfax en 2024, a évalué l’impact d’une thérapie guidée par cardiographie d’impédance (ICG) chez 99 patients hypertendus, comparée aux soins standards. Après un mois, le groupe ICG a montré une baisse plus marquée de la pression artérielle et un meilleur taux de contrôle (71% vs 29%, p=0,002). L’étude a également mis en évidence des variations hémodynamiques selon les classes d’antihypertenseurs. L’ICG a permis une optimisation thérapeutique, suggérant son potentiel pour améliorer la gestion personnalisée de l’HTA, bien que des études à long terme restent nécessaires.
