Catherine 'Kate' Bush CBE, born on 30th July 1958, Bexleyheath, Kent, England, UK, is a singer-songwriter, musician, dancer, director and record producer. Bush came to fame during 1978, when at the age of 19, she topped the UK Singles Chart for 4 weeks with her debut single 'Wuthering Heights', becoming the first female artist to have a UK # 1 with a self-written song.
