Fashioned for a Purpose

Are you ready to grow in the fruits of the Holy Spirit? If so, this study guide is for you. Written to complement her book, Fashioned for a Purpose, Toni Stone offers this guide as a reflective journaling journey to grow your relationship with God, your understanding of Who He is, and to recognize His very presence within you. You are God's star. You are His unique creation fashioned for a purpose. These journaling activities offer you a deeper understanding of the nine fruits of the Spirit Paul writes about in Galatians 5:22-23. (An added section offers three additional fruits to explore.) All activities will help you prioritize your relationship with your Creator-to keep Him first-and share His love with others. Three activities are included for each fruit titled Motivation, Inspiration, and Aspiration. In each Motivation section, you will dig deeper into one fruit of the Spirit by asking questions. What is it? How does this fruit apply to me? How can I improve or develop this fruit in my own life? The Motivation activities encourage you to seek the Holy Spirit's guidance to discover what He wants you to know about this fruit and your relationship with Him and yourself through thoughtful, introspective activities. Now inspired, you are invited to apply your newfound knowledge and growing wisdom by completing Inspiration activities created to help you practice using the fruit of the section. Finally, aspiring to live a life full of the fruits, Aspiration activities will help you live your life embracing your identity as God's child. All activities are designed for you to spend time with the Lord in your secret place, your life closet. While there, you will clean out the old-the hurt, the ill-fitting, the unnecessary-and fill the empty places with the authentic you. The you God created you to be.
