In diesem Rahmen wird ins Licht gestellt, dass das innerdeutsche Transport- und Speditionsrecht sich im Einklang mit europäischen und grenzüberschreitenden Rechtsnormen und in einem spezifischen internationalen Umfeld entwickelt und damit ein Unikum ist. 3
