Inhaltsangabe:Zusammenfassung: Untersuchungsgegenstand dieser Arbeit ist ein mehrstufiges logistisches System. Informationen über Systemzustände und den Nachfrageprozess sind jederzeit systemweit vorhanden und werden zur Steuerung des Systems eingesetzt. Die Durchlaufzeit und die Nachfrage stellen stochastische Größen dar. Die Steuerung des logistischen Systems erfolgt in Echtzeit. Hierzu wird ein dreistufiger hierarchischer Planungsansatz eingesetzt, welcher den Materialfluss auf Basis globaler Information steuert. Ziel der Steuerung ist ein kontinuierlicher Materialfluss bei niedrigen Pipelinebeständen. Auf der oberen Hierarchieebene werden die Steuerungsparameter bestimmt, welche das Niveau der Echelon-Bestände jeder Stufe festlegen. Zur Ermittlung der Steuerungsparameter wird ein Basestock-Konzept eingesetzt. Die Flusssteuerung (mittlere Hierarchieebene) regelt den Materialfluss auf Grundlage der Steuerungsparameter. Auf der unteren Hierarchieebene wird die Durchlaufterminierung vorgenommen. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wird das Systemverhalten in Abhängigkeit einer stochastischen Nachfrage untersucht. Mit Hilfe einer Simulationsstudie werden statistisch gesicherte Aussagen über den Servicegrad, die mittleren Bestände und Durchlaufzeiten, die Varianz der Bestände und die Auslastung der Ressourcen gemacht. Die Simulationsexperimente werden für variierende Einstellungen der Varianz der Nachfrage, sowohl bei stationärem, als auch bei instationärem Erwartungswert der Nachfrage, durchgeführt. Die Simulationsexperimente zeigen, dass der Zielkonflikt zwischen Servicegrad und Beständen im System gut gelöst wird. Lediglich für große Schwankungen der Nachfrage ist ein leichter Abfall des Servicegrads zu beobachten. Dabei ist auf jeder Stufe des Systems ein geringer linearer Anstieg der im Mittel gehaltenen Bestände festzustellen. Das Phänomen des Bullwhip Effekts kann nicht beobachtet werden.
