La ricerca di motivi visivi e cognitivi nell’Arte rupestre, ideogrammi, draghi e pietre incrociate, ceramiche, architettura, abbigliamento, tappeti, utensili domestici, armi, manoscritti armeni medievali permette di identificare lo stile armeno (compresi gli archetipi di croci e svastiche, stelle a sei e otto punte e molte altre immagini di motivi vegetali, animali e mitologici), che ha avuto un impatto su diversi stili ornamentali (egiziano, greco, arabo, celtico, nordico, turco, persiano) nel simbolismo e nell’iconografia religiosa e spirituale. La monografia presenta una collezione originale di ornamenti e motivi antichi e moderni. Essi possono essere utilizzati in diverse applicazioni nell’arte visiva e applicata: design ornamentale, design di libri, design di interni ed esterni, design di tappeti e moquette, design di tessuti e abbigliamento, design scenico, architettura e web-design, computer graphic design, design di immagini per l’industria cinematografica e dei videogiochi e diagnostica medica cognitiva (neuropsichiatrica).
