The book tries to establish a relationship between the individual competence installed in the company and the organisation’s performance. This is not an easy study to carry out in a law firm, which usually grows according to demand. In this specific case, individual competences were installed prior to the existence of legal demands in such a way that it was possible to find a relationship between these variables. A single study does not create a rule, but it does open up the possibility of new studies being conducted in search of this correlation, which could be an important contribution to knowledge-intensive companies in general.
