L’obiettivo generale di questa ricerca è quello di confrontare il livello di qualità del servizio nella rete di autofficine (A, B e C) di una compagnia assicurativa convenzionata. Il tipo di ricerca applicato in questo studio è di tipo descrittivo-comparativo, con un approccio quantitativo, e per valutare il livello di qualità del servizio fornito da ciascuna officina è stato utilizzato come strumento di raccolta dati un questionario di 16 frasi, suddiviso in quattro aree: servizio al cliente, efficienza, affidabilità, sicurezza e strutture, in base al processo di riparazione dei veicoli dei clienti.I risultati sono stati ottenuti per ciascuno dei suddetti aspetti e si è ottenuta una media complessiva del punteggio ottenuto da ciascuna officina per l’intera esperienza dei clienti, interpretandola come la qualità del servizio fornito, quindi le tre officine sono state confrontate tra loro. Si è concluso quale officina avesse il livello più alto di qualità del servizio e si è identificato il numero di clienti insoddisfatti in ciascuna di esse, formulando raccomandazioni.
